Jasper practises in commercial law with an emphasis on commercial disputes.

Jasper has handled litigation in both State and Federal superior courts, which include contract disputes, intellectual property infringements, trade practices matters, defamation cases, and product liability claims.

Jasper acts for a wide range of clients. Over the years, he has advised and represented many SMEs, corporate household names, ASX listed companies, and high net worth individuals.

Jasper maintains a keen interest in advising on and drafting commercial contracts, negotiating and managing business deals, protecting intellectual property rights, vetting marketing materials, and providing corporate law advice.

Before joining Canaan Lawyers, Jasper was a partner of a commercial law firm.

Jasper received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Melbourne. He also holds a Master’s degree in communications, a bachelor’s degree in politics, and a fellowship in business administration.

Jasper is the First Vice President of the Chinese Professional and Business Association and the Vice President of the Lions Club – Manningham Chinese.
