She is the managing director of an investor relations and corporate consulting firm; member of the State Government of Victoria’s Multicultural Business Ministerial Council; public officer of the Chinese Community Society of Victoria; member of the Advisory Committee of the World Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce; Senior Advisor of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce, Oceania Chapter; and Senior Advisor of the Melbourne Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce.

Previously Emily was a member of the Victorian Multicultural Business Advisory Council, State Government of Victoria (2009 – 2011); Ambassador for Energizing Enterprise (2009); President of the Melbourne Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce (2006 – 2008); and Vice President the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce Oceania Chapter (2006 – 2008).

Emily distinguished career in social services and business is widely recognised in Australia and overseas. She was the recipient for the Prime Minister’s Australian National Volunteer Award (2009) and the Ministry of Economic Affair, Taiwan’s Overseas Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2002).
