Charlotte practises mainly in civil litigation and dispute resolution, commercial law and corporate advisory.

She acts for corporations and individuals in a broad range of matters including commercial leasing, business acquisitions and sales, contract advice and commercial and contract disputes. She has a keen interest in building and construction law as well as consumer protection legislation.

Charlotte graduated from Monash University with double bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Laws.

Prior to joining Canaan Lawyers, Charlotte has worked in a number of law firms in both Melbourne and Hong Kong.
